This coffee shop is situated a little after Chew Jetty, about 100 meters after the Esso petrol station at Weld Quay.

I was brought by my friends for lunch.  My first time here but apparently they have been around for some time.  It is an addition to fish bee hoon venues when you feel like it.  The soup base come with 2 choices, clear soup or tomyam.  Also you can make your own combo with bee hoon, maggi mee, porridge etc and combo it with fresh fish, fried fish, fried mantis prawn, pork mince etc ...

Fried fish with thick vermicelli RM 5.50

Mee Suah, fresh fish and pork mince combo RM 10.50

I ordered thick vermicelli with fried mantis prawn and fried fish RM 8.50
I had to order iced kopi O it was rather hot during lunch

This place serves as a good back up for a quick lunch or dinner if you want something soupy.  Overall rating is 3 stars, if you are a visitor with limited time, it's ok to skip this one.  More for the locals who want to try soemething new.  Happy trying :-)

  2. Not uncommon you had a bad experience, most of the hawker places don't have enough people working, unfortunately, when overworked many end up with grumpy face ...
Not sure why your comment was deleted, I have re-posted it here ...

I was there with my friends this afternoon but was very disappointed with its service. The worst experience was that there is an old lady who is so unfriendly and showed us her sulky face. This lady should be left at home instead of showing her bad attitude to her customers.
