Why Duck Attack?  If you are a duck meat lover and you have a limited budget, this is the place to go.  On the way back from my Balik Pulau Escapade http://penangfoodie.blogspot.com/2012/11/balik-pulau-escapade.html , I was introduced to this Lor Duck place.  They also sell koay chiap.

Yes, I have been to this coffee shop Keat Seng many times, at night but never for lunch.  Lo and behold, this is what I have been missing all these years ... I am glad I am not too late.

Keat Seng is located at the junction of Jalan Air Itam and Jalan Air Putih.  Very popular coffee shop among the locals.

The prices are super reasonable.
We ordered half a duck with 2 bowls of koay chiap, large intestines with 'mui choy' (pickled vegetables) all for only RM 28 !

People were crowding the stall and waiting for their turn throughout the whole meal.
There is a large variety of selection, from char siu, roast pork, lor chicken, lor duck, intestines, pickled vegetables, lor egg etc. etc
Served with a choice of rice, koay chiap, porridge ... really is totally up to you to mix and match.
You got to come see it for yourself.

Foodie's Choice
Duck is a must, with porridge and large intestines and pickled vegetables
plus
Kopi O Chia Chia!

Kopi O at 90 cents was excellent
Another addition to the 5 star Kopi O list

Well, if you are not a duck person, then you can choose from a variety of all the other street food.
Lots of stalls for lunch and dinner.
Spoilt for choice and coffee is good.
What more to ask for.
Beautiful Penang !

Another number you can call, specifically for the duck
